Q1: How long does shipping usually take? And can I use a PO.Box as shipping address?
A: You will receive an email after shipped out. Usually shipping time is 3-7 woring days. The Express Shipping includes USPS and Fedex.
NOTE: CAN NOT use a PO.Box as your shipping address. If not, it will be delivered fail.
Q2: Can i change my part to side part or middle part?
A: Yes! If you want to change the side part, pls leave a note in your shopping cart when you place the order. (note it as right or left)
Q3: Can I straighten / style the hair with flatiron/curler? What type of hair care products should I use?
A: Yes, all hair we sell is virgin hair, so you can straighten / style it with flatiron/curler, and you can dye it as well.
1, Normal shampoo and hair conditioner can be used on the wig.
2, You could use gel or spray styling products to keep the hair style.
3, Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.
Q4: What payments do you have?
A: You can pay with Credit/Debit Card directly and have
Affirm/paypal/afterpay/googlepay/klarna
NOTE: 4 installment of interest-free payments with Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm
Q5: Which size is your wig cap(Circumference)? Can I have a large size / small size?
A: Our wig cap is medium size. If you want small or large wig cap, pls leave a note in your shopping cart when you place the order.
Especially, the topper and full lace wig have no other size, just medium size. And full lace wig have a strap string inside it to adjust the size.
Q6: Do all the hair color like as pic or can I get another color?
A: We only have the color (as pic) in stock. If you want other colors, pls leave a note in your shopping cart when you place the order. Custom color will be need some days to produce and need to plus $10.
Note: All wigs from BeQueen are Pre-CUT & PRE-STYLED.
Q7: How long can it last?
A: Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, normally it could last longer than 6 months.
Q8: Can I exchange/cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can. Pls contact us within 24hours via Email sales5@bequeenwig.com(Before Shipped).
Q9: Do I need to pay the tax?
A: Normally don’t need to pay taxes.

Q11: How do I return my order? And how much will i get refund if i return the parcel already received ? Who pay for the the return charge ?
A: If you want to return, pls contact us via email or whatsapp, we will response ASAP.
Note: Normally return charge would be buyer responsibility if do not order the return label
